You wont just manage accounts; you will optimize performance, foster trust, and implement strategic improvements that help our partners thrive. Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do Account Optimization & Retention: Provide expert relationship management for newly onboarded and existing hosts, ensuring their listings are optimized for maximum quality and success. Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce and advanced CRM tools to manage a high-value pipeline, track progress, and consistently meet engagement KPIs. Voice of the Customer (VoC): Actively champion host feedback to identify opportunities for product and process improvements. Collaboration: Work closely with territory sales teams and internal stakeholders to refine best practices and deliver outstanding results. Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of hospitality trends and leverage new tools to maximize client sustainability and satisfaction. Who You Are Linguistic Excellence: C2 level of German and a proficient level of English. Proven Experience: 1-2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role. Sales Mindset: A proven record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Educational Background: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Technical Savvy: Comfort using Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM platforms is a significant plus.
