Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exceptional opportunity for a German Speaking Agent for Booking.com, complete with fully paid relocation to the beautiful country of Greece. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing them with support and assistance for their travel bookings and inquiries. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers throughout the booking process, including modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related inquiries. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience. Document interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system to support quality assurance initiatives. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and enhance the overall booking experience. Stay informed about Booking.com’s products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information to customers. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required, with proficiency in English considered an asset. Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service. Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is a plus. Willingness to relocate and adapt to the culture of Greece. Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
