Mercier Consultancy MD is searching for talented German-Speaking B2B Sales Experts to join our dynamic team in Greece. As a Sales Expert, you will engage with German-speaking business clients, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with prospective B2B clients in German-speaking markets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Effectively present and tailor our products and services to meet client requirements.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and after-sales support.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions and market strategies.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
Achieve or exceed set sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Fluent in German, both written and spoken; English proficiency is beneficial.
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within an international context.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems is preferred.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural and professional environment.
