Manage and resolve complex client inquiries, escalations, and complaints in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key business accounts, ensuring consistently high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty within the customer support services framework. Collaborate closely with internal teams — including technical support, account management, and sales — to deliver seamless end-to-end service experiences for B2B clients. Accurately log all client interactions, feedback, and case resolutions in CRM systems to maintain up-to-date account records and support reporting requirements. Monitor client accounts proactively, identifying potential issues or opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant service upgrades. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer support services team by sharing best practices, client insights, and process recommendations. Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — C1 or C2 level proficiency required. A valid EU passport is mandatory for this position. Previous experience in customer support services, B2B account management, client relations, or a comparable client-facing role is highly advantageous. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage professional business relationships confidently and diplomatically. Proficiency in English is required for internal communication; additional European languages are considered a bonus.
