This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing high-quality support and are passionate about the gaming industry. You will be a key player in ensuring that our German-speaking customers receive exceptional service and assistance. Key Responsibilities Provide back office support for gaming-related inquiries from German-speaking customers through multiple communication channels. Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer issues effectively and promptly. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain internal records to ensure consistency and quality. Proactively identify and recommend improvements in operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay knowledgeable about gaming products, industry trends, and regulations to provide informed support. Engage in continuous training to develop your expertise within the gaming support field. Fluency in German (both oral and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer support or back office roles, particularly within the gaming industry, is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to superior customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and immerse yourself in the local culture.
