Key Responsibilities Provide efficient back office support for German-speaking customers via email and other communication channels. Assist customers with issues related to gaming accounts, payments, and technical challenges. Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries promptly and accurately. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and operational activities. Contribute to the improvement of support processes to enhance service quality. Keep up to date with gaming industry developments and company policies. Fluency in German, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is an advantage. Experience in back office support, customer service, or the gaming sector is preferred. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
