Key Responsibilities Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries regarding digital banking services via phone, email, and chat. Provide clear and concise information about banking products, account management, and troubleshooting issues. Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system for follow-up and quality improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline support processes. Stay informed on banking regulations and digital solutions to provide informed assistance. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially in banking or financial sectors, is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively. Technical proficiency with digital banking tools and CRM systems. A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
