Key Responsibilities Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries related to luxury brands and products Provide exceptional support by addressing concerns, processing orders, and offering product recommendations Maintain knowledge of luxury products and brand philosophies to enhance customer interactions Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment in service delivery and customer satisfaction Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on inquiries as needed Identify trends from customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance overall service Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken Previous experience in customer service or retail, particularly in luxury environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Passion for luxury brands and an understanding of retail dynamics Able to work well in a team as well as independently Willingness to relocate or work in Greece
