Your Main Goals: Building the Sales Pipeline Your main focus is to build a strong sales pipeline through smart market research and by matching what a business needs with the right technical solutions. Pipeline Management: Consistently beat your quarterly goals for creating quality sales opportunities, keeping up a fast pace to help the company grow. Executive Communication: Reach out directly to senior business leaders and clearly explain the big-picture benefits of advanced cloud technology. Finding Problems: Identify the main tech issues in a company's current setup and show them exactly how specific cloud services can help fix them. CRM Management: Keep perfect, up-to-date records in Salesforce to ensure all client information is highly accurate. Market Research: Study your assigned territories to find the specific businesses that have the highest potential for growth. Who We Are Looking For: Sharp Thinking & Influence We want ambitious professionals who combine technical knowledge with a positive, solutions-first attitude. Languages: Native or near-native German (C2) and strong professional English (C1) for high-level business conversations. Experience: A university degree or 2+ years of successful experience in IT sales or the cloud tech industry. Cloud Knowledge: A solid understanding of how cloud computing works and familiarity with the major global cloud platforms. Proven Success: A clear history of beating difficult targets in a fast-paced, business-to-business (B2B) work environment. Tech Skills: Solid experience using Salesforce or similar professional tracking software. DACH Region Expertise Cultural Knowledge: A deep understanding of German business culture, etiquette, and industry trends. Legal Rules: Familiarity with local European data laws, especially GDPR and privacy rules. Advice & Strategy: The ability to talk confidently with top leaders about financial returns on investment (ROI) and tech setups.
