Your day-to-day will center on maximizing conversion rates from inbound marketing inquiries while aggressively pursuing cold outbound accounts. The ideal applicant possesses an entrepreneurial "hunter" mentality, a strong grasp of online media metrics, and an consultative approach to building high-value corporate relationships. Primary Responsibilities Lead Generation: Build out an active sales funnel via multi-channel prospecting, including direct cold calls, email marketing, and social media engagement. End-to-End Sales: Uncover prospect business challenges, deliver tailored presentations on AI advertising software, and close contracts from initial touchpoint to final signature. Target Accountability: Consistently match and exceed assigned quarterly sales volumes and operational KPIs. Salesforce Discipline: Maintain strict data hygiene by logging all sales milestones, communication logs, and pipeline changes inside the CRM. Internal Handovers: Partner with internal customer success personnel to ensure a flawless post-sale transition and uncover future account expansion opportunities. Candidate Profile Minimum Criteria Linguistic Capability: C1 fluency or higher in German, plus B2 level mastery of English. Professional History: 2–3 years of verifiable experience in corporate B2B sales, phone-based business development, or cold outreach. Domain Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of the digital media landscape (specifically SEM, SEO, and paid advertising networks). Software Experience: Practical competency using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms, alongside strong database management habits. Personal Traits: Capable of independent lead sourcing, commercially aggressive, and highly resilient. Advantageous Additions Sophisticated consultative selling techniques with a history of pitching to corporate C-suite executives. Prior experience nurturing and scaling high-value, high-potential business accounts. Academic or practical background in ad-tech infrastructures or artificial intelligence tools.
