Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Client Support Representative in the finance sector. This position offers the chance to work in beautiful Greece while helping clients navigate their financial needs in German. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for client support, we invite you to join our dynamic team! Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients on various financial inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with account management, transactions, and product inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses. Troubleshoot client issues and provide solutions to effectively resolve concerns. Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system. Work closely with other departments to streamline service delivery and improve client experiences. Stay up-to-date with financial products and services, as well as regulatory changes, to provide informed support. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is highly desirable. Experience in client support or customer service, preferably in the finance sector, is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting client needs. Familiarity with financial services and products is advantageous. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture and lifestyle.
