Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch support to German-speaking clients on financial inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with account management, transaction processes, and product-related questions accurately and efficiently. Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and streamline service processes. Stay up-to-date with financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed assistance. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is preferred. Previous experience in customer support or client services within the finance industry is advantageous. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Familiarity with financial services and products is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
