Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a German Speaking Content Moderator to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a paid relocation package. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and managing user-generated content to ensure it meets our strict community standards and guidelines. Key Responsibilities Moderate and assess user-generated content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies. Accurately classify content and make informed decisions based on established moderation protocols. Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams. Provide feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation effectiveness. Collaborate with team members to optimize content moderation strategies and processes. Stay current with company policies related to content moderation and online community standards. Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is preferred. Strong attention to detail and consistent application of moderation guidelines. Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion. Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
