Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to invite applications for a German Speaking CRM Support role focusing on Customer Platforms, with the opportunity to work in the beautiful setting of Greece. In this position, you will play a critical role in assisting German-speaking clients, ensuring they have a smooth and efficient experience with our customer relationship management systems. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality support to German-speaking clients using CRM platforms via phone, email, and online chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding CRM functionalities, account management, and troubleshooting issues. Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately to track issues and solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex queries and suggest improvements to client processes. Conduct training sessions for clients on effective usage of the CRM platform features. Stay updated on product enhancements and industry best practices to provide relevant support. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Experience in customer support, particularly within CRM systems, is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly. Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus. A proactive attitude with an eagerness to help customers succeed. Willingness to embrace a new culture and relocate to Greece.
