This position is perfect for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service to German-speaking travelers, assisting them with their booking and travel needs. Responsibilities Engage with German-speaking customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries and provide assistance. Support clients throughout the booking process by making, modifying, and canceling reservations as necessary. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality control. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively and efficiently. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and product offerings to provide customers with accurate information. Fluency in German (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English as an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or related sectors. Strong communication skills and an approachable demeanor. Problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
