Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent for Booking.com, complete with paid relocation to the stunning country of Greece. This role is perfect for those who have a passion for customer service and wish to assist German-speaking clients with their travel and booking needs. Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to customers in German through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Assist clients with the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations as needed. Troubleshoot any issues related to bookings and offer effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance and service improvement. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner. Keep up-to-date with company policies, travel offerings, and promotions to share accurate information with customers. Fluency in German (both written and spoken), with English proficiency as an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, especially within the travel or hospitality industries, is preferred. Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage customer complaints. Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
