The Project You will be representing one of Germany's leading commercial banking institutions. This project focuses on delivering high-end customer support for daily banking operations, digital banking platforms, and financial inquiries. You will act as a trusted point of contact for German-speaking account holders, ensuring their financial transactions and inquiries are handled with the utmost security and professionalism. Your Responsibilities Banking Support: Assist customers with inquiries regarding private accounts, credit cards, and online banking access. Transaction Assistance: Guide users through wire transfers, standing orders, and managing their digital wallets. Problem Resolution: Resolve issues related to lost or stolen cards, unauthorized transactions, and account security. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to inform customers about additional banking products or services that suit their financial needs. Compliance: Adhere strictly to European banking regulations and data protection (GDPR) standards to ensure client confidentiality. Requirements Language: Native or C2-level fluency in German and a minimum of B2 English. Experience: Prior experience in banking, insurance, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
