In this key position, you will be dedicated to assisting our German-speaking customers with their travel needs, ensuring they receive a consistently smooth and enjoyable experience. What Your Day Looks Like Interact with German-speaking clients across phone, email, and chat channels to efficiently manage all travel-related requests (including modifying or canceling existing trips, making new reservations, and answering general questions). Deliver accurate information and practical solutions, striving to ensure every customer interaction is positive. Process inquiries rapidly, strictly adhering to our service-level agreements (SLAs). Coordinate closely with other internal units to guarantee quick and effective resolution of customer issues. Keep your product knowledge current regarding all company services, offerings, and operational procedures. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within our internal database systems. Contribute to team success by actively sharing knowledge and supporting your colleagues. Candidate Qualifications Language Proficiency: You must have fluent German skills (C1 or native), both written and verbal, for customer service. A solid B2 level in English is also required for internal communication and training. Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities. A truly customer-focused attitude combined with an empathetic and professional approach. The capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. While previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, it is not mandatory—we will provide full training. Strong proactiveness and attention to detail.
