Your Mission As a Customer Advisor, you will bridge the gap between financial technology and human-centric service: Expert Support: Managing inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding accounts, transactions, and digital tools. Strategic Problem Solving: Identifying customer pain points and delivering accurate, timely solutions. Security & Compliance: Upholding rigorous data privacy standards and following global banking protocols to ensure secure transactions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Utilizing your Spanish (B2) skills to navigate internal systems and collaborate with local departments. Training & Development We invest in your success. Before going "live," you will undergo a comprehensive onboarding program designed to turn you into a fintech specialist: Initial Duration: 5 weeks of immersive training. Early Schedule: 09:00 – 15:00 (Building the foundation). Full Schedule: 35 hours per week (Post-onboarding). Curriculum: Banking software, financial regulations, and communication excellence. Shifts & Work Environment We value work-life balance. You can select your preferred fixed shift prior to your start date: Morning: 07:00 – 16:00 Afternoon: 14:00 – 00:00 Night: 22:00 – 07:00 Type: 100% On-site at our modern Madrid office. Who You Are Linguistic Excellence: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and professional command of Spanish (Minimum B2).
