Your Core Responsibilities: Omnichannel Support: Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding orders, logistics, and payments. Retail Expertise: Stay informed on the latest trends, platform features, and promotions to provide expert guidance. Data Accuracy: Document all interactions within our CRM to help refine the overall consumer journey. Who You Are Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in both German (B2 level) and English (B2 level), both written and spoken. Education: A Matric/Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent qualification. Background: Experience in hospitality, retail, or contact centers is a plus, but we prioritize a great attitude and raw potential.
