Your Mission & Tasks In this position, you will serve as a premier brand ambassador, ensuring that international shoppers receive seamless, top-tier support for their digital retail needs. Communication Mastery: Handle complex questions via phone, email, and live chat regarding global shipping, logistics, and digital payments. Quick Problem-Solving: Solve customer issues on the first contact by breaking down problems in real-time to keep satisfaction high. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on retail trends and platform changes to provide expert advice to customers. Record Keeping: Maintain careful, accurate notes in the company database to help improve the overall customer journey. Brand Ambassador: Act as the professional face of a famous global brand, staying empathetic and helpful in every conversation. Minimum Requirements: Language Skills: Professional fluency in both German and English (B2 level minimum), with excellent speaking and writing skills. Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, great listening skills, and the maturity to work well in a fast-paced environment. Background: Previous experience in luxury hotels, retail management, or business is a plus, but a positive and proactive attitude is most important.
