You will play a vital role in helping businesses manage their digital footprint effectively. Your Primary Duties: Customer Assistance: Guide German-speaking clients through account setups and platform features via phone and email. Information Integrity: Carefully audit and verify business listings to keep our database reliable. Technical Troubleshooting: Calmly and efficiently resolve user issues regarding platform access or visibility. Excellence in Service: Maintain high professional standards in every interaction. Process Improvement: Partner with your colleagues to identify user trends and suggest ways to enhance the platform. Who We Are Looking For Language Skills: Near-native fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. You must also have at least B2 English proficiency for internal training and communication. Current Residency: You must already live in or near Braga, Portugal, and be able to commute daily. Please note that relocation support is not available. Digital Savvy: You should be comfortable navigating CRMs and standard web tools. Background: Experience in data entry or customer support is an advantage, but we are happy to train motivated entry-level applicants.
