Your Role & Responsibilities As a Customer Advisor, you are the first point of contact and the face of the project. You will: Manage Inbound Queries: Assist customers via phone and email regarding account management, digital banking tools, and general financial services. Problem Solve: Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide immediate solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Maintain Quality: Ensure every interaction meets the high-standard compliance and security protocols required in the financial industry. Navigate Systems: Use advanced CRM tools to log interactions and keep customer records up to date. What We Are Looking For Language Mastery: Near-native or Fluent German (C1/C2) and a strong command of English (B2). Communication Skills: You are a natural "people person" with a professional phone manner and a knack for explaining complex things simply.
