Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer a position for a German Speaking Customer Agent to join our team, working remotely from Greece for Booking.com. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Agent, you will assist our German-speaking customers with their travel inquiries, bookings, and provide support to ensure their experiences are unforgettable. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support in German through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with questions about bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries. Resolve issues and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with different teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience. Stay updated on Booking.com policies, promotions, and travel trends to provide accurate and valuable information to clients. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting. Familiarity with booking systems, travel products, and CRM software is advantageous. Proficiency in using computer applications and digital communication tools. A proactive approach to solving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
