Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Agent to join our team, supporting Energy Audit Deutschland. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in German who have a passion for customer service and are interested in the energy audit sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist German-speaking customers with inquiries about energy audits, schedules, and related services. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support in German via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to energy audit products and services. Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between customers and auditors. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience. Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within the energy or environmental sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools is advantageous. Proficiency with computer applications and digital communication tools. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and dedication to providing excellent service.
