This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about travel and exceptional customer service. As a Customer Agent, you will assist our German-speaking customers with their flight inquiries, bookings, and any issues that may arise, ensuring they have a memorable travel experience. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support in German through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries about flight bookings, cancellations, and travel changes. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with airline booking systems and travel products is advantageous. Proficiency in using computer applications and digital communication tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
