This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer support and have a keen interest in the banking industry. As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our German-speaking clients with their banking inquiries and guiding them through our online services. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-notch customer support in German via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries regarding online banking products and services. Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless banking experience. Document all customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about online banking trends and product updates to provide accurate information to clients. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially in banking or finance, is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience. Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Familiarity with banking products, services, and CRM software is preferred. Proficiency in using computer applications and digital communication tools.
