Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support in German through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat for digital payment inquiries. Assist customers with transaction issues, account inquiries, and troubleshooting related to digital payment services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues effectively and ensure an excellent customer experience. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and propose actionable improvements in service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends, payment technologies, and company policies to provide the best assistance to customers. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, especially within the digital payments or financial services sector, is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital payment platforms is a plus.
