Assist customers with their inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting issues related to streaming content. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the user experience. Stay informed about the latest trends in the streaming industry to provide customers with accurate and relevant information. Proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English skills are a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment sector. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and within a team. Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach. Familiarity with CRM systems and streaming platforms is an advantage.
