In this role, you will provide exceptional service to German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and issues related to automotive products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with questions related to automotive products, services, and technical issues. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Document all customer interactions and feedback to facilitate service improvements. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
