Join our dedicated team and help us enhance the customer experience! Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Efficiently address inquiries and resolve any customer issues with professionalism and care. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate closely with fellow team members to improve customer service and share valuable feedback. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance. Participate in training and development sessions to continually enhance service skills. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A customer-centric attitude and a positive approach to challenges. Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools is a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
