Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking proficient German-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. This position involves delivering exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting with inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and courteous support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding Imperial Brands' products and services. Assist customers with questions, complaints, order processing, and after-sales support. Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently. Stay informed about product developments, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate information. Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction. Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably within FMCG or related industries. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital customer service platforms.
