This role allows you to work in Greece while providing exceptional support to German-speaking customers in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will be the point of contact for clients seeking assistance with automotive products and services. Responsibilities Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to automotive products and services. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through the purchasing process. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track feedback and service quality. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues as needed. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and automotive innovations to offer knowledgeable support. Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred. Experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry or related sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions to customers. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment. A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to provide high-quality service to clients.
