You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to German-speaking clients, ensuring that their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable. Responsibilities Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel services. Provide clear, accurate information about accommodations, policies, and available deals to enhance customer satisfaction. Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, working diligently to achieve positive outcomes. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain high-quality service and follow-ups. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience continuously. Stay informed about new features, promotions, and trends in the travel industry to provide informed support to clients. Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Able to handle challenges with poise and provide effective solutions to customer issues. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid work environment. A passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable travel experiences.
