In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work in beautiful Greece, providing exceptional support to German-speaking clients as they navigate their travel needs and inquiries. Responsibilities Assist German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat by addressing their questions related to travel bookings, itineraries, and services. Provide detailed information about destinations, accommodations, and travel policies to enhance the customer experience. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain quality customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless travel arrangements and service delivery. Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and company updates to provide timely support to clients. Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Able to handle issues and conflicts with professionalism and empathy. Proficient in using CRM systems and comfortable with standard office software. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment. A passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences.
