Stay informed about our products and services to ensure knowledgeable client support. Gather feedback from customers to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in a relevant industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
