Position: Customer Support Representative (German Speaker) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Start Date: Flexible Employment Type: Full-time | Fixed-term contract (1 year) About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our support team for a leading streaming platform. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and contributing to important performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
