In this position as a German Speaking Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) - 100% Home Office , you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries, whether by phone, email or chat.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As an Social Media Agent (m/f/d) for Customer and Client Support in our team you will:

  • Handle customer enquiries and requests and respond to them according to need and situation.
  • Communicate with customers via different channels (e.g. phone, mail or chat) to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Dealing with the customer’s various concerns regarding their social media account, marketing measures and their advertising effectiveness and offering them the right solution.
  • Provide individual product advice that not only generates orders, but also fulfills the real needs of our customers.
  • Once the customer is happy, document the interaction in the customer database.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Are proficient or bilingual in German in speech and writing.
  • Are service-orientated and communicative and are able to meet customers at eye level in a friendly and pleasant manner.
  • Are interested in social media, online media or digital marketing.
  • Can flexibly cover the service hours (Monday – Sunday from 08am – 11pm), which are staffed using a rotating multi-shift system.
  • Are confident in using a PC.
  • Are a German resident. Unfortunately, applicants from Saxony, Hessen, Saarland and Hamburg cannot be considered. .
  • Can fulfil the requirements for a remote workplace.
  • Are willing to continuously expand your skills.

Ideally you already have:

  • Experience in customer service
  • A recognised qualification and experience in customer service support.
