Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Bulgaria, with paid relocation support. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed professionally and efficiently. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries from German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide detailed information and assistance regarding products and services. Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and industry trends to provide informed support. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or international environment. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to manage difficult situations professionally and effectively. Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools. Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation assistance provided.
