This role is ideal for individuals fluent in German who are looking to develop their career in customer service within a supportive and dynamic environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support efficiently and professionally. Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM database. Stay knowledgeable about company products and services to provide accurate information. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Participate in ongoing training to improve service skills and product knowledge. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
