This position is based in Greece and is perfect for candidates who have a passion for data and are committed to providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will assist clients with their inquiries related to data services, ensuring they receive accurate information and support in German. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding data services, products, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German. Provide technical support and guidance on data-related questions and issues. Assist customers with troubleshooting, service modifications, and account updates. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient reporting. Collaborate with data management teams to enhance service delivery and resolve client concerns. Stay informed about industry developments and updates to provide clients with current information and best practices. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the data or technology sector. Strong communication skills with a focus on technical support and customer satisfaction. Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical inquiries effectively. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
