Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally. Provide detailed information and support related to the company's products and services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide accurate customer guidance. Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a multilingual or international environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and patience. Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other computer applications.
