This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to providing top-notch customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in German, addressing their inquiries related to automotive products and services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and vehicle maintenance via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide accurate information about vehicle features, pricing, and warranties. Assist customers with technical issues related to vehicles and ensure prompt resolution of concerns. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction. Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and company promotions to provide relevant assistance. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive or related industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to troubleshoot and respond to technical inquiries effectively. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Familiarity with automotive products and customer management software is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
