This role offers a unique opportunity to support customers in a dynamic sector, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance related to their travel needs. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel inquiries. Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions to enhance their travel experience. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure a high level of service. Stay informed about airline policies, procedures, and promotions to assist customers efficiently. Document all customer interactions thoroughly, maintaining accurate records for quality improvement. Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to manage stressful situations effectively and provide empathetic support. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
