This position is tailored for professionals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in helping clients navigate their banking needs. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to banking products and services. Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and product explanations. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality. Stay up to date on banking regulations, product offerings, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for compliance and service improvement. Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Support clients during the onboarding process and answer questions related to banking procedures. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the banking or financial services sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with banking products, services, and industry regulations. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. A customer-centric mindset and commitment to providing high-quality service.
