You will be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service to customers in the German-speaking market. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide accurate information about accommodations, services, and local attractions. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Stay updated on Booking.com products and industry trends to better assist customers. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tourism or hospitality sector. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
