This role is perfect for individuals who are interested in cloud technology and passionate about helping customers find the right solutions. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support in German, ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding cloud services, products, and support via phone, email, and live chat in German. Assist customers with account setup, service troubleshooting, and feature usage. Provide information on cloud solutions tailored to customer needs and business requirements. Document customer interactions accurately and assist in maintaining service records in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure effective service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cloud technology to provide knowledgeable support. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or cloud services sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently. Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer service tools. Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
