Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the construction industry. Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner. Assist clients with product and service inquiries, providing detailed information about our offerings. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met. Fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the construction or a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. Basic knowledge of construction industry terminology and products. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
