This position is aimed at individuals passionate about providing excellent service while working within a dynamic sector. Join our team and support clients in managing their needs related to construction projects and services. Responsibilities Deliver top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients in the construction industry through phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, and project details. Provide support with order processing, delivery schedules, and product availability. Manage customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of construction materials, tools, and services offered. Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to inform clients about ongoing projects and updates. Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to reporting and analytics for service improvement. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or industrial sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
