This role is perfect for individuals who are technology enthusiasts and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. As part of our team, you will assist customers with their inquiries regarding the latest electronics while communicating in German. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to consumer electronics products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and troubleshooting steps. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and warranty claims effectively. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure a positive experience. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to offer precise solutions and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product launches and advancements in consumer electronics to provide relevant advice. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an added advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics sector. Strong communication skills with the ability to assist customers in a friendly and informative manner. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service. Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and work under pressure. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is desirable. Willingness to relocate or travel to Greece for the position and work flexible hours as required.
